About Fredericton Playhouse
Fredericton’s premiere performance venue, this 709-soft-seat theatre is the place to catch live performances by regional, national, and international musicians, dance companies and theatre companies. The Playhouse was given to the people of New Brunswick in 1964 by publishing baron Lord Beaverbrook. This award-winning performance venue is a favourite stop for national touring artists and also provides a stage for local professional and amateur productions.
