540 Kitchen & Bar is a casual neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Fredericton, the five-year-plan-come-true of a few hometown boys. 540 is, we hope, the heart of a Venn diagram of the traditional, the sacrilicious, and the modern. Having started as a place to eat and drink what we always wanted, that humble and selfish beginning guides us still.

A 10-tap draught system allows us to cycle through the best brews the Maritimes has to offer, focusing on smaller craft breweries and regional favourites. We attempt to source our foodstuffs locally, organically, economically, and capriciously.
