Make a night of it this summer and visit Downtown Fredericton on Thursday nights… there’s so much going on!
The Recap Night Market – The Recap Night Market by The CAP will focus on vintage, thrift, new and used sellers. Plus, each week there will be FREE live music , non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages, local foods and snacks! The Recap Night Market will take place ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐:๐๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐จ ๐:๐๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฒ.
The Garrison Night Market – The market sets up in the old British military garrison on Thursdayโs from 4:30 โ 9:00pm and features local and imported handmade products, art, craft & design, clothing, locally-grown farm products, local microbrews, ciders & spirits, youth entrepreneurs, buskers, and, of course, food.
Downtown Dining – A night out isn’t complete without a bite to eat! A limited number of Downtown Dining Vouchers will be given out each Thursday at the Market! Valued at $10 and valid only on the night they are handed out, use your voucher when you stop to eat at one of Downtown Frederictonโs many Cafรฉs or Restaurants!
FREE Parking – on-street metered spaces as well as the York Street Carpark (behind City Hall), the Tannery parking lot and the Frederick Square Parking Garage offer free parking after 5pm!
Shop and Play! – If you don’t get downtown very often to check out everything we have to offer, rest assured many of our businesses stay open on Thursday evenings too! Be sure to include a stroll around the downtown and see who is open. Here’s a list of those we know of (subject to change):
