About Second Nature Outdoors

Second Nature Outdoors is Fredericton’s home for outdoor adventure.  Located along the riverfront trail between Government House and the Westmorland Street Bridge, they offer guided tours, rock climbing, hourly and daily canoe, kayak, stand up paddleboard, and bike rentals. Open seasonally from the first weekend in June until the second weekend in September. Check out their website to book online.

Some of their guided tours include:

Ride the Trails (19+) – On this cycling tour, ride along Fredericton’s extensive trail network and check out local art, sample craft beer, and learn a little about the city’s culture and history.

Sunset & Caviar – This after hours paddle will guide you to a front row seat to watch the sun set on our beautiful river. Taste some local sturgeon caviar from Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar.

Paddle & Pint (19+) – Every Thursday evening, join Second Nature Outdoors for a guided Stand Up Paddleboard tour on the river followed by some refreshing local craft beer from Graystone Brewing.
